Refund policy

10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
Our refund policy lasts 10 days from the date of your initial purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your 1st purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund under any circumstance. Additionally, If over half of the allotted posts have been serviced for your account prior to the 10 days allowed for a guaranteed refund you will not be granted a refund under any circumstance.

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
Any service that is more than 10 days after delivery will be taken on a case by case basis.

TikTok: If over half of the allotted posts have been serviced for your TikTok package purchase prior to the 10 days allowed for a guaranteed refund you will not be granted a refund under any circumstances. (Simply put – Don’t sign up for free service and then try to cancel, because you will not be refunded.)

LUNA Loops: 10 Day Guarantee does not apply to Luna Loops. Luna Loops purchases are non refundable.

LUNA Organic: Luna Organic purchases are non refundable. It is the clients responsibility to ensure proper communication with account manager and provide accurate information once they have signed up. 

Celebrity Partnerships: 10 Day Guarantee does not apply to Celebrity Partnerships. Celebrity Partnership purchases are non refundable.

Brand Accelerator: 10 Day Guarantee does not apply to Brand Accelerator. Brand Accelerator PR Partnership purchases are non refundable.

Elite Growth Package: 10 Day Guarantee does not apply to the Elite Growth package. 

Refunds (if applicable)
If you refund is approved and within the terms of our policy then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 days.

Late or Missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lunawebllc@gmail.com.
